sample with multiple focal planes: manully extended depth of focus? 左侧，选quality, 缓慢调焦自动识别or自己判断 f12?结果类似于MIP是单张
tail左上，有多种选择 ：set 好所有，左上smart setup（multichannel fluorescent），自己选好定位点，triangulation: top left ,bottom right, bottom? correction: line breaks，可以消除； shaving?
tailing(自动化)效 果差于Panorama(手动)
